During my Christmas vacation stay, I appreciated the availability of cheap water bottles and the convenient location close to city center attractions. the hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed to make our holiday stay a success. However, the unfortunate and disappointing negative aspects greatly overshadowed our positive experiences at the hotel.

The presence of dirty linens, bugs in the room, and poorly maintained facilities make this hotel one to avoid. The lack of functioning amenities such as TV, AC, and internet were frustrating and unacceptable for the price paid.

Happy with the hotel, it's a great place to stay for my vacation.
